The Simple History of One Piece

Have you ever heard of one of the most famous Anime/manga in the world, well if you haven't then let me teach you about One Piece. One Piece is a famous Japanese series started by Eiichiro Oda who wrote and drew the story. One Piece has a whopping 32 arcs (arcs are different points of the story like a season). It would take you 18 days to watch the full series. The premise of show is that there was a man who had the title of Pirate King and he was called Gol D Roger. He had a huge amount of Wealth, Fame, and Power, but as he was set to be executed, he told the people of his treasure and that it was somewhere in the Grand Line (The middle of the One Piece world). His words inspired thousands of pirates to go the Grand Line to find the mysterious treasure. One of those Pirates is Monkey D Luffy as he too wants to become The Pirate King.

Watch or read how Luffy travels through the Grand Line to find the One Piece with his huge and vast crew. The story is best to experinced by yourself rather than seeing explantion videos. Although One Piece may seem long, don't let that scare you from not experincing it as it doesn't get bland quickly, it manages to be kinda consistent and it has high emotional stakes in serveral arcs. Some of the arcs can make you cry or some of them can make you feel joyish. Each of the characters in Luffy's crew is unique and has their own personalites. The series is known for its world building as it's emphasizes how big the world of One Piece truly is. With that worldbuilding, most arcs aren't even about Luffy himself, the arcs are centered around the other people that Luffy has met and befriended throughout the series. This shows that One Piece, although it is long, is a show that is worth seeing because of its characters, story, and world building.
